With his willingness to learn and his obvious passion for helping his customers , he quickly earned a full time position as a Colorado based territory sales representative.

Nicole Birney's Bio
Having had the pleasure of working with Nicole for a long time I will say that you would be hard pressed to find an any more intelligent, friendly, understanding or humorous person out there to deal with either professionally or personally. She is accomplished in both business, having amassed 2 different degrees, and in her personal life, taking on the additional ever satisfying but ever challenging role as a wife and mother. I believe she handles everything as well as she does because she joyfully accepts what her life’s path is and happily follows it. Nicole has the ability to look at both the big and little picture in any situation and always comes to the correct conclusion. She is highly social with both friends and family, and enjoys the personal satisfaction of building a home and life with her husband and child. Nicole enjoys movies and music, and is a big fan of classic rock…she really enjoys belting out a song with any of her favorite classic rock artist like the Beach Boys. Nicole would if given the chance like to meet a number of historical figures, but the one on top of that list would be Ed Sullivan. Because of her pragmatic nature if she had a super human ability it would be to be able to transport herself from one place to another avoiding both the crowds and expense of traveling, but of course as with any wish there always seems to be other logistical issues. Nicole helps make the challenges of what we do daily more bearable with her problem solving approach to things and her ability to not minimize situations but to keep them in realistic prospective. I am proud to call her my friend.

After fracturing his skull as a kid and needing to keep the scar out of the sun, he started his own custom hat company called Broken Skull. His most recent endeavor was being a leasing consultant, where he learned about sales and customer service. Kirk is a great addition to the Sunlight family and is ready to take on his next challenge.

Alicia Perez's Bio
Alicia Perez, our market leader for Nevada is likely our most broadly experienced sales person having worked her way up in mega hotel purchasing and management, then on the other side of the desk in food broker sales and for the past 5 and half years with Sunlight’s team focus on disposables and packaging. Who would have ever suspected that her first academic interest coming out of high school would have been law enforcement/police work! Alicia actually enrolled in police academy schooling and was quite serious about the work until finally realizing it was not right for her. Ah youth. Perhaps she was influenced by her bon vivant and knowledgeable uncle who taught Alicia all about the nice things in life she was capable of aspiring to while growing up in southern California?
While doing the incredible job she handles for us and mentoring other Sunlight sales personnel she does admit to keeping her sanity by day dreaming of travel to sunny beaches and excursions to Greece, Spain and Italy (anywhere warm). As a matter of fact – she has been working on developing a Star Trek like “teleporter” that would allow her to simply appear at will in any historical age she fancies in all her warm and exciting dream spots. Then when sated with travel she could quickly speed back to continue her heroic efforts in all our behalves. If anyone can pull it off it will be our Supergirl in Las Vegas.
Erik Harvey's Bio
Erik Harvey got started with Sunlight Sales after proving himself successful at calling on even some of the most difficult accounts to get through the door at. Erik comes from a sales background, but had never before worked with foodservice or janitorial supply distributors, his success at Sunlight Sales further proving his tenacity and natural ability to connect with his clients. As the new territory lead for Utah, Erik is sure to continue growing the relationships he’s built with his customers over the years.
Erik is a family man with 3 teenage daughters-one who has completed training at hair styling school and is now ready to take some time to travel, one who is an aspiring dancer and the other who is currently attending college and participating in cheerleading. He also has a 10 year old son that plays baseball and basketball when he is not busy playing video games. Erik and his wife try to get out and spend quality time as much as their kid’s busy schedule allows.
Mandie Davis's Bio
Mandie is a knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic member of the Sunlight team. Her hard work is only matched by the smile and infectious energy she brings to every meeting or expo she attends.
The New Mexico native attended New Mexico Highlands University, receiving a degree in social work before she had the opportunity to open and operate a janitorial supply business for ten years. However, Covid-19 caused Mandie to change her career path, shifting her into the world of food supply. She was soon after recruited by Sunlight Sales President, Leon Trujillo.
Mandie’s passion, work ethic, and attention to detail is also reflected outside of work, through her love of photography which was passed down to her by her grandparents. She specializes in landscape photography, as well as capturing the spectacle and beauty of the annual Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.
While relatively new to the Sunlight Sales family (as of 2022), Mandie is already a valuable member, and we look forward to all of the great things she will accomplish!
